Housekeeping
Hotel housekeeping specification, inspected between stays. Cleaning and linen billed at cost.
Maintenance
Coordinated through our own contractors. You approve anything above the threshold you set.
Reporting
Monthly owner statement, every line itemized, paid out on a fixed date.
What we do not do
We do not mark up cleaning, linen, or vendor invoices. We do not charge a setup fee, a technology fee, a listing fee or a marketing fee. We do not take a commission on top of the 15%. If a line appears on your statement that is not a cost we paid on your behalf, it is a mistake and we will fix it.
