ZenStay operates eleven boutique hotels across California on a technology-first platform it built itself: self check-in, 24/7 guest support from real people, and revenue management that moves daily. Zipstay is that same operation, pointed at whole single-family homes instead of rooms.
The reason to separate the brands is not marketing. A guest looking for a hotel room and a group looking for a house are shopping for different things, and asking one site to sell both makes it worse at each. So the hotels stay on zenstay.com and the houses live here, with the same operator behind both.
