• Private Entry plus a dedicated parking spot (with Tesla charger, first-come, first-served).
• Shared Backyard Oasis – Relax with a fountain, outdoor seating, and BBQ grills.
• This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. All TVs and wifi are connected to 2x100 Mbps connections.
• Self-Check-In. The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
• Free parking in a private parking lot
• No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)
• Unit is accessed through the front of the building and shares an indoor lobby with another studio unit (unit #1). This unit is completely private with its own locked entry and access to shared laundry facilities. Facilities are shared among only the 3 front studios.
