• The property features high-end furnishings, artwork, and leather sofas. The property with be thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to check-in, and any damage will be the responsibility of the guests.

• No children are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the owner

• Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver upon reservation confirmation

• Ring camera installed on main entrance; no recording devices inside the home

• Bi-weekly professional cleaning required at $250 a service

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund if canceled 28 days in advance, minus a 4% credit card transaction fee if booked via VRBO or directly, regardless of the cancellation date.
