This is a modern, extremely clean, sunny, quiet, and comfortable unit in a great location in Santa Barbara. The owners thought of many of those details that make a place stand out: nespresso machine, excellent/quiet/new ventilation system, a drawer full of items that travelers may have forgotten (ear plugs, toothbrush, etc), very comfortable beds. This is an excellent alternative to a hotel.

Loved the visit!
Casa Jardin was a lovely place to stay during a few days in Santa Barbara. We appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities in the bathroom, easy access using the keypad, and offstreet free parking with electric vehicle chargers. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance too. Would stay here again!

Casa Jardin is the perfect location to be close to everything in Santa Barbara. Walking distance within 10 to 30 minutes to main streets , cafe restaurants and to the Beach. I don’t know how different it would be in high season but we went in January and the parking lot had plenty of empty space and the room was quiet The place is clean , cozy and cute we felt really comfortable there. The bath/shower is big and super clean, the bed really comfy. We had a bit of trouble getting inside with the door system (the lights stays red on the lock even when it’s unlock so we were confused) we got help right away on the phone, the lady was super nice and helpful . I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Santa Barbara.

The space was beautifully minimalistic, extremely clean, neatly decorated, had great amenities, easy parking behind the building, easy key-pad entry, and the host communicated clearly and frequently. The space is a two bedroom hotel-like space. The kitchenette has everything you’d need and the restroom had some items in case you forgot something. We definitely would stay again!

It is located just minutes from the heart of Santa Barbara, making it the perfect secluded location within walking distance of State Street. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property!

This place is absolutely perfect for a trip to Santa Barbara! Just a short drive away from Downtown makes this super convenient. The building and unit are neat and clean. I loved the simple/modern style of the unit. The bed and bedding were sooo comfortable. The kitchen was adorable with coffee and tea available. I will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely love this beautiful rental. The adorable kitchen was pleasant to make coffee and breakfast in, a cute little table: so much style in such a small footprint. The pretty bedroom was so comfortable to relax in, the bed was comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was also nice with a well lit mirror and plenty of toiletries, including earplugs, and eye masks! Would absolutely stay here again! It was ideal.

This is hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed in!! I loved the fact that there were no weird scents, no strong cleaning smells or fragrances (windows were open when I came in, which I love), and the furniture and decor was minimalist and high quality, and the place had wonderful modern appliances and a super modern feel to it. its the perfect no frills super high quality spot -- a minimalist's dream!

Spanish Fiesta Downtown Santa Barbara
Very close to Downtown SB where we walked back and forth during our 2- night stay. We did not know there is a Spanish Fiesta (!) and it made it easy to check the market, the concerts and the parade. It is also a mile away from Mission Santa Barbara Church so going to the 8 am was Mass every convenient. We love the modern/minimalistic design/ decor; enjoyed reading the book entitled “Minimalista.” We liked the complimentary stuff esp in the bathroom and it’s cool to have espresso maker. Morning coffee is essential for us!

In terms of price, after a $100 cleaning fee plus the service fee, it was nearly $500 a night. For that price, the money is better spent at one of the boutique hotels within blocks, so you can experience more amenities like extra linens/towels, concierge, lobby area, a place to order food/coffee. Additionally because it is like a motel set up, the door is exposed to the outside, with a large window with simple shades. Not a safe or private feeling. The property is very clean and newly renovated with a modern, minimalist feel so easy to see how clean it is. Location is very walkable to all that you can explore on and off state street. But not worth more than $300-$350 a night w/cleaning fees. Granted, supply/demand determines prices. But in hindsight, we would have booked at a hotel room, even if a bit more than the $500 a night, as that would have been more value for our dollar. All in all, it is a clean, newly renovated version of a motel, in a quiet and decent location.
