Could not recommend this AirBnb and host more. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Most importantly, the customer support was stellar. They allowed us to check-in early, setup a pack-and-play for us at no extra charge for our 1-year old, and gave us a late check-out as requested. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Santa Barbara.

Very comfortable; great customer support
The room was comfortable and clean with great proximity to the city. The customer support was incredible. They ensured we had a pack and play for our toddler, allowed us an early check in and late check out, and gave us a credit when there was construction going on the roof that was unexpected. We will definitely stay here again

My fiancé and I were getting married at the SB courthouse and oh my was this place the perfect walking distance especially when wearing heels! It felt very cozy and it was super clean! Ton of cafes to try out too. Would definitely return for another getaway!

This 2nd floor unit was clean, efficient and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped. There was parking on site (11 spots+1handicap). The location was perfect; less than 10min walk to State Street. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and museum/theatres on State Street. Highly recommend.

Positive: The suite was very cute. I love the minimalism theme that it offers. Extremely close to downtown SB so it was easy to find restaurants and shops. This place was clean, cozy, and perfect for 1 or 2 people who are looking to spend most of their time out exploring Santa Barbara. Although I stayed in the unit facing Garden Street, everything was still quiet, and I felt like there was plenty of privacy with the shades drawn. Full amenities for any meals you may bring back with you, and situated a great location.

This place has a smart hot water tank which will spell the hot water over into the cold tank. You will get hot water through the cold water faucets. And you have run the cold water faucet for at least 20 minutes to clear the hot water out and wasting water.

Fantastic room. Stayed in the 1 bedroom apt. Plenty of parking in back. Place was relatively quiet, a few blocks from State Street but not too far that I couldn't walk to everything there each day. Place was spotless and everything inside seemed relatively new. Was very clean, perfect for a single or a couple to stay in. Price is amazing too - would definitely come back again!

The parking was fine for us as we had one car and there was plenty of parking spaces in the back....
The parking was fine for us as we had one car and there was plenty of parking spaces in the back. However, the zip host told us that there was free parking on the street if need be (for instance if someone came with 2 cars). However, as there was a courthouse across the street from the airbnb, parking on the street was restricted to 90 minutes from 9 to 5 on weekdays. Please communicate this information with the zip host, so correct information is communicated with other guests.

I stayed one night but it was easy to find, and easy to check in and out of. The property was clean and new, as did the inside of the unit. I can't say more about how comfortable the bed was (if you like plush mattresses)! I would definitely visit again.

My fiancé and I LOVED this airbnb and will be booking every time we’re visiting Santa Barbara from here on out! The check in was seamless, room was cozy, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Fantastic accommodation in a great location.
Had a great stay here. Modern apartment with all facilities you could wish for. Easy walking distance to main attractions but just far enough out of the centre for a quiet nights sleep. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect, and the room itself was really cozy too. Updated and modern feel to it. Bed was comfy and enjoyed having the tv with all of the streaming platforms available. Definitely felt like a little home away from home.
