Great location! Literally walking distance to everywhere. Well appointed with very thoughtful touches (beach towels, wine opener!) but, The unit is VERY efficient which was fine for my husband and I but could see how it could be challenging for some to maneuver.

The Tranquility of Good Quality Design
Perfect location. Lovely design. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Attention to detail superb with quality Kohler trash can to leather kleenex cover to placement of bathroom hooks. Owners/developers clearly went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Thank you. We will be back! The micro studio is probably smaller than a couple plus dog need. Next time, we will try to obtain a 1 bedroom or larger.

Great space, we had a wonderful stay. The room is small but cozy is definitely a more appropriate description. Very clean and modern amenities. The location is 10/10, very walkable to state street and all the shops/restaurants. We chose this for our honeymoon spot and are so glad we did. We will definitely be returning.

Loved our 4 nights at Casa Jardin #7.
Loved our stay at Casa Jardin #7. Immaculate, stylish, and very comfortable bed, sheets, towels - everything. While it was "cozy" for myself and our labrador retriever in terms of limited floor space, we had everything we needed. Appreciated all the "extras" and loved having a kitchenette. I was concerned about hearing noise/footsteps upstairs but when we did it was barely noticeable. The sliding glass doors have both a shade to let light in and another to block it out. Location is wonderful - charming neighborhood surrounds. We will be back - maybe next time upstairs in larger units to spread out, but this was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay visiting family. Highly recommend!

Great Studio Option
Great little studio in small complex just a couple of blocks from state street. Clean and comfortable with little added extras - nespresso, nice shower products and Turkish beach towels. Good parking. Easy checkin and check out. Perfect for a short overnight or two. Pricing was great for a weekend in Santa Barbara

My friend and I absolutely loved staying here - the location was PERFECT. Walking distance to lots of great wineries, restaurants, and even the beach. The place was completely spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Getting in and out of the unit was super easy. Kettle, tea, coffee machine were a really nice touch. Just note that the bedroom/bed directly face the alleyway that people use to access other units, so you kinda need to keep the blinds closed at all times if you want any privacy. Fine if like us you were just using it as a place to crash, but not so great if you want to hang out there in your pyjamas. In general, this is a little small to be a hanging-out-spot.

The room was perfectly clean, very nicely decorated and had some really great extras like a Nespresso machine, coffee pods, glass and dishes, and in the bathroom there was some great supplies like an eye covers and makeup remover and ear plugs (our stay was very quiet—no need for the ear plugs at that time.) The only thing we needed that this particular room did not have was a desk or table to use for my laptop. If you need that, get one of the bigger rooms.

Perfect in all the ways that matter
I wanted a place near to downtown Santa Barbara and found Casa Jardin on Hotels.com. It was perfect in all the ways that mattered: clean, quiet (except you can hear people walking in the unit above), and safe--and a short walk to shops and dining! it is in a quiet residential area of the city, so no busy street noise. I enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave in the room, along with basic dishes. I did not use it, though there was an ironing board and iron in the room. I never met any of the staff, though I communicated with them via text and phone. They were readily available and responded promptly. I must add, the bathroom was a bit cramped. In all the ways that really matter, Casa Jardin is perfect.

Perfect Wedding Anniversary Getaway
We were very comfortable during our stay here and were so impressed with how clean and modern everything was! It almost felt like staying at an Airbnb and was more homey than your typical hotel room. I appreciated the kitchenette and being able to fix up simple breakfasts when needed. I'm usually a light sleeper but the area was quiet and peaceful enough that my husband and I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep here! It was the perfect location for all of the activities we wanted to do and places to eat around downtown State St. It just so happened that it was also fiesta week when we were visiting which added an exciting vibe to the area. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and look forward to coming back again!
