We loved our stay here in unit #4. Photos and description were exactly like the unit and it was very clean upon arrival. We felt very safe and there was plenty of parking in the lot during our stay. Also very quiet. Easy check in/out and we very much enjoyed how close this is to downtown as well as the famous courthouse. We stayed with our toddler and it was so nice to have things like toddler eating utensils as well as a high chair. The host was very responsive as well! Highly recommend!

We were within a mile (mainly closer) walk to everywhere near and around downtown Santa Barbara. The unit was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood felt very safe, and again, was in a great location to access all of the downtown sites, as well as to the harbor.

Great Downtown Location - Good for 2 Guests
The location of this unit works very well for walking to all of the downtown hot spots, as well as to the harbor (just over a 1 mile walk). We were able to keep the car parked in the complex parking lot, and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was well stocked, and very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many Vrbo's and Airbnb's, and this was the first time I had no need to reach out to the host. Everything worked as it should.

The place was really clean and cute! Kitchen had all the basics, bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and had EV chargers. It was in the perfect location; walkable to State Street, and in a really quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back again.

Excellent new alternative in Santa Barbara.
As someone who comes and goes out of Santa Barbara a lot, I was delighted to find Casa Jardin and declare it a terrific option for visitors who want a quiet, pretty, convienient self-service option in the heart of town. It stands out as a terrific value in a sea of often very pricey hotels and overpriced motel-style hotels. The owners have done a great renovation of a little apartment block and the units are fresh and clean and new and attractively furnishes with pretty appliances and dishware, a good stock of coffee and tea, nice bath products and really everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. My unit had a washer and dryer which was terrific - tho I don't think they all do. And there were extra bath products provided like toothbrushes in case someone forgot one. One note about Unit 4 in particular - it's nice and light b/c it's on the corner of the building and has great windows and light - however it also faces out on the parking lot, so you don't have much privacy and I felt the need to keep the shades down. And you can defintiely hear people coming and going at night. That said, everyone was quite and respectful so it was not a big deal but good to be aware of. Anyway- honestly think this place is one of a kind and will be back for sure.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Unit #4. It is a walkable distance to State St - which as first timers, we thought was a great stretch to walk and explore. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Hosts were very responsive. Parking around the unit is first come first serve. Luckily, we found at least one empty spot to park at on each day of our stay. Overall - our stay was very pleasant.

Booked to attend child’s orientation at UCSB. From the outside, the property didn’t look anything great. Tucked off the main road. But boy was I wrong. Ample parking in the back. The unit itself is awesome!! Clean, well appointed, the sectional was soooo comfy. Bathroom, main bedroom….two thumbs up. Dee was very accommodating of my scheduling goofup and helped me out. Did I mention the central location?

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the very friendly hosts, the beautifully designed apartment and the high quality amenities. Everything is very well thought out to make sure that guests have a pleasant stay! Besides everything you might need in the kitchen there is salt and pepper, olive oil, an assortment of spices, containers for food storage, detergent, plenty of pillows and blankets, even ear plugs and an eye mask for sleeping. Also the dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner are refillable and thus more sustainable. Everything seems really new and consciously put together!

This Airbnb was in a great quiet location with parking. It was two blocks from State Street where you can find a lot of restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Apt 4 had great amenities, including washer and dryer. The place was very clean and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Unit #4, which has a washer and dryer that came in handy. This is an efficiency-style rental with a nice kitchenette, TV room, full bathroom, and bedroom. It was spotless, comfortable, within walking distance of everything, and quiet. It was plenty big for two people. I had a little trouble with ants due to the time of year; however, maintenance took care of it immediately, and I was delighted with their responsiveness and kindness. You can tell they care very much for their guests. Highly recommend.

Her friendly nature set the tone for an incredible stay. The property itself is a testament to style and elegance. Every detail has been thoughtfully put together, resulting in a space that perfectly captures the essence of Santa Barbara. The newness of the place added a touch of modernity, while the tasteful decor created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything you need and more is available. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the presence of Dee from the management company. In my opinion, having a host as gracious and attentive as Dee can elevate a stay beyond measure. Her commitment to our comfort and satisfaction went above and beyond. Her genuine care and dedication were truly remarkable. Enjoy the Nespresso, we certainly did.

My wife and I booked last-minute for an overnight stay in Santa Barbara. The location was fantastic; quiet and just a couple of blocks away from State St. The property was perfect for us, recently renovated, very clean, easy to access. Parking was also very convenient. The host was wonderful. We had a minor issue and the host responded immediately and took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Casa Jardin in Santa Barbara and was blown away by the experience. The rooms were brand new and equipped with upscale fittings, appliances, and finishes that made my stay feel luxurious. The interior design and furniture were also beautifully done, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel. The location was fantastic - I was able to easily walk to downtown and State Street, the Funk Zone, and East Beach. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hotel staff was responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Casa Jardin to anyone visiting Santa Barbara, we’ll be back for sure. 10 out of 10!
