Great Location and Very Clean
Would definitely recommend - but only for 1-2 nights as the rooms are very small (but extremely clean). The bathroom is huge (but almost a waste of space) yet sink is small pedestal (no room for 2 people to get ready at same time). The only mirror is above the sink. These are minor considerations as we spent very little time in the room.

We really enjoyed our second stay here. There are so many wonderful shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Cute, charming rooms -- we've stayed twice in different rooms and I particularly loved how easy it is to check in and get into the room. Other places we've stayed used apps to use as your room key and have had mixed success with those. This lock was based on my phone number so it could not have been easier!

This was a very convenient location if you’re visiting Downtown Santa Barbara. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The place is small, but that was ok for us. We didn’t plan to be indoors much. We were out exploring restaurants. The place was very clean, and a really big tv which was nice. And the bed was like sleeping on clouds. And there is almost no parking in downtown Santa Barbara. So it was great that the place came with its own personal parking. Only one inconvenience, they had one of the maintenance guys come in and remove a table, this was during a time me and my wife were sleeping so we had to get up get dressed, just to have a stranger come in and remove a table, that was not replaced, would’ve been useful since it was the only table available. Good thing we had our mini bed table we brought from home. Other than that it’s a great location.

My stay here was awesome. It was so clean, and exactly as described in the photos. It's small but perfect for travel. The location is just a few blocks from downtown SB. The hosts thought of everything someone would need during their stay, and they provided good coffee and toilet tree items. The only thing I found wrong was the noise. The upstairs footsteps and the road traffic were quite disturbing. Overall we would stay here again in the future, and we would recommend this lovely gem to anyone traveling.

This place was great! It was perfectly clean, so much so that I actually felt comfortable walking around barefoot (and I didn't end up with feet covered in dirt). The kitchenette had all the basics. and the room included thoughtful touches like toiletries and a hair dryer. The bed was super comfortable! It was also in a great location. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and was happy in the morning to realize that the place was a short walk away from State Street, a downtown area with lots of cute coffee shops and historic buildings. Definitely recommend!

Felt decently accommodated at this AirBnb. Instructions were very clear and concise with regards to parking and accessing the home. Location is decent, being near the edge of most marketplaces and businesses means you are able to walk to a lot of your destinations which can be helpful if navigating SB streets is too high level for you. The major downside to this home is simply that it is overpriced for what it offers. As we stayed in December, between Fall and Winter season, traction is much lower compared to the summer. Hotel and inns generally reflect this trend in their prices, offering much lower prices which we discovered a little too late. It would have been much better to stay at a hotel because accommodations wouldn't be any different at a much lower cost.

The place was spotless and just as described. Great location, very close to restaurants, bars, and activities. The room was brand new, and modern, and had all the amenities that were listed. Overall, as nice if not nicer than the average hotel room at this price point. If I had to be picky, I wish the room was slightly bigger and the mattress was a bit more comfortable, however, the size of the room was clearly highlighted and the mattress is totally a personal preference thing. Overall we got exactly what was described. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks for a good experience!

Great location and aside from a few bugs that creeped in very clean. The blackout shades don’t fully cover the edges so the room doesn’t get dark - which matters to me but not to everyone. There are also lots of lit up electronics (like the AC controller) which create more light. Responsive host, nice decor, great mini kitchen space, but with the additional $85 cleaning fee we did not feel it was worth the price.
