Positive: Tudo perfeito! Negative: O colchão da cama (apesar de ótimo tamanho, roupa de cama muito limpa e de excelente qualidade) é extremamente desconfortável, pois nossos corpos afundam ao deitar nele, muito barulhento, similar a um colchão d’água. O corpo não descansa, infelizmente!

Positive: Super nice stay and cosy, clean and fresh apartment with everything you need. Extra plus for the super silent AC. The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to reach for questions. The location are the perfect mix of quiet and cute Santa Barbara neighbourhood with just a 10 min walk to State Street with shops and cafes etc. Negative: No comment

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location!
Casa Jardin exceeded my expectations in all ways! Booking was easy, communication frequent and up-to-date, check-in was a breeze, the studio was immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the location (within walking distance of State Street and downtown Santa Barbara) was unbeatable. We booked a last minute one night stay and I wish we took more time to thoroughly look through the photos. It’s a lot smaller than expected-maybe half the size of an average hotel room. For the price, it was not worth it. However, the host was extremely responsive, free parking, and it was walkable to restaurants. I wouldn’t stay again just because the price for the size of the space.

I did talk to the proprietor 60 and she said that she didn’t hear from Airbnb although I sent messages to both it’s not her fault! There’s a glitch in communication with Airbnb.

This was a great place to stay - perfect central location in walking distance to all Santa Barbara has to offer - State St, Santa Barbara Bowl, the beach and more. Casa Jardin automated check in was easy and communication was prompt when needed, the room was nice and clean, and bed quite comfortable. My only watch out is the size of the space - the price is a bit expensive for the small square footage in the standard studio room. I would recommend to friends!

A great place to stay as an artist vending for a show with dogs. The management team were responsive when we had trouble checking in and helped to resolve it quickly. The place is clean and had a powerful AC during the very hot days we stayed there. The location had it’s own parking lot for guests and that is a plus. Within walking distance to State St for food. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

Great location. Very clean and modern space, although a bit small. The bed and door are right next to the driveway and the curtain was a bit difficult to close all the way, which made it feel slightly less private, but I felt safe. It was very difficult to figure out how to lock the door, and the instructions provided by the company were a bit unclear, but I think I was the first person to stay in this unit so hopefully they figure this out.

This place was brand new and I think I was the first to stay there. It's exactly as pictured, small but exactly what I was looking for as a single traveler. It felt very much like staying at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, had AC control and working amenities ( I was especially impressed with the nespresso machine.) The company was extremely responsive and I actually enjoyed the texting system that allowed me to unlock the door without a key. Parking spaces in the back. Walkable area only 5 minutes away from City Hall and only a few minutes further onto popular State Street.
