Perfect weekend stay in downtown Santa Barbara
Positive: We stayed at Casa Jardin for 3 nights over a long weekend and it was perfect. Our room was small but well set up so that it didn't feel too tight. There was plenty of space for our bags and clothes, the bathroom was a good size and had nice amenities, and the room still managed to squeeze in a kitchenette. Location was perfect -- right near downtown, great tasting rooms, coffee, and food. We appreciated the included white noise machine, though the street noise was not too bad. Parking on site was easy and convenient. The check-in process was also very easy and the keypad on the door worked great so that we didn't need to carry a key around. I will definitely be recommending Casa Jardin to anyone I know traveling to Santa Barbara! Negative: The room was a bit small but it is as advertised. It may not be perfect for someone with a lot of baggage or if you prefer more space to spread out.

The little studio was pristine. Very clean and everything you need for a studio. Disappointed we had to check out earlier due to personal reasons but host was very responsive and accommodating. My only statement would be bed is a bit on the soft side. A bit of a struggle for me and my back pain. Other than that would highly recommend!

Truly a score! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it! It was such a great place. The bed itself was like sleeping on a cloud and the linens were perfect. We liked them so much we are bummed we forgot to look at the labels to look them up! They were also great at accommodating our earlier needed check in time and we really appreciated that. Positive: Tür auf und sofort wohlfühlen! Sehr liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet mit so vielen kleinen Details, wie Nespressomaschine, Teeauswahl, Schlafmaske und im Bad fehlte einem an nichts. This was my first time with zipstay and using Airbnb. I would say that I would 100 recommend this location . The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and very accommodating everything is walkable. The room it’s self was absolutely fantastic and everything I needed for my short stay. Beautiful, organized and is very modern. It’s is a small unit great for solo travels and a couple. Myself personally I had travel issue but communication and the accommodation that zipstay had provided me was on a next level and that the reason I would comeback . Thank you very much. I look forward to staying with them again

Great stay
Five stars! Wonderful stay. The room was so cozy, clean and full of amenities. It was stocked with coffee, tea, shower products. Great location, we could walk everywhere we wanted. Super easy check-in and check-out. We would highly recommend staying here.

Small quaint room!
Very comfy room, not a lot of space so beware. I appreciated the small amenities included, the the fridge being a big plus! The only (small) issue my gf and I had was that the bed was almost too plush, we both sunk in immediately. I know bed firmness is preferential, so just letting anyone who prefers a more firm bed to maybe ask for a room with one.

This Airbnb is very functional and worked perfectly for my needs. It's in an ideal location - easily walkable to downtown and the beach, and a quick drive to nearby areas, like Montecito. Check-in was a breeze, the unit was very clean and well-appointed, and communication with the host was easy. I think it's a great option for a solo traveler who wants a place with more than the typical hotel - I loved having the kitchenette for preparing a quick breakfast and storing snacks, etc. Further, I had debated getting a rental car, and while I didn't end up getting one, the fact that this unit has parking made it extra appealing. I would recommend this spot to others and I would stay again in the future!

Perfect stay - can't recommend enough
We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Jardin! The interior is super modern, luxurious and beds are insanely comfortable! We love all the nice little touches in there. The location can't be beat as it's walkable to the main downtown area of SB. We will absolutely be returning!

The place was clean and comfortable. Did have a beeping that happened once every 5 seconds after the power had gone out and continued until the day I checked out. The comforter is a little warm for the temperatures in the area but overall would stay there again

Great location, walkable to State St. with no problem, and we walked home from Santa Barbara Bowl in about 15 min. Room is very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They fit a lot of great amenities (sink, microwave, small fridge, and Nespresso machine) in a little space. It was definitely a super convenient location, but the room is pretty small so the base price + cleaning fees seemed a little steep. That said, I'd rent again for a SB Bowl show or if I couldn't find a regular hotel room downtown at a more reasonable price point.
