Lovely Place
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole place is so relaxing and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. We had everything we needed and were more than pleased with our accommodations.

Nice place to visit Santa Barbara
This place was perfect for our 3 night stay in Santa Barbara. It has a cozy feel, with everything you need inside. It was only about an 8 minute walk to the State St. shops. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the area.

What a great place!
We loved our stay- I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property- great location and parking- Just far enough from the action to be quiet but close enough to walk to State street- If my daughter goes to school in SB I will be back for sure!

Cozy room, quiet neighborhood
Having lived in SB for years and returning to visit, this was a nice location. It's just off State so it's quiet, but close enough to walk to a few places. It's near the park and the theatre district and the neighborhood is quiet. The unit is small but has a large bed, a big enough fridge for a weekend stay, and all the basic amenities you would hope for, such as a coffee machine and tea kettle. It was a bit pricey, but I'd consider staying again because of the location and comfortable bed.

Convenient
It was a great place to stay. It was really clean. The only thing is if your staying at the bottom you can hear them walking around especially if they have kids jumping around. I wasn’t in the room long enough for it to be a problem

Casa Valerio Stay
It was a perfect place for a couple to stay, not too small. Lots of facilities and was very clean and organized. Always nice and cool in the room, A/C worked great. My only complaint was the people upstairs were stomping very loud, but I called and they took care of it. Highly recommend.

Just too much noise
The unit itself was very nice. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect for our Santa Barbara getaway. However, the noise from upstairs was just too much.We could hear the toilet paper (a bit to intimate) being unrolled from roller. The upstairs tenants were not above and beyond noisy, it just seemed not insulated enough for sound. Also, some extra side notes……could have used a bath mat for when we got out of shower and we received a parking ticket for parking too close to the corner our last evening there. That was disappointing considering directions for unit were parking is available anywhere on the street.

Modern sleek unit but small and needs better cleaning controls
We enjoyed the location and the modern amenities- though a microwave would be useful. Found the unit to be a bit too small especially the bedroom which felt claustrophobic since the bed was up against the only window The trash from the previous tenant had not been cleaned which is unacceptable. The outside patio has a ton of debris and bugs from the huge oak tree outside- will be an issue if u have allergies

Amazing stay at Casa Valerio 6A!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend trip in Santa Barbara and it was perfect! The unit was beautiful and very clean. It had all the necessities one needs for a little weekend get away. It is also located extremely close (easy walking distance) to the popular State St. with all of the local shops, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend!

What a great place
Excellent location and even better style! The apartment is completely renovated with super cool style and walking distance to everything on state st. Can't say enough about the bed too... so comfy. Will be back again for sure.
