Best stay in South Lake Tahoe!
Amazing place! So clean and comfy, feels like a mini home. Also, we forgot to mention that a baby crib is needed for our stay, we contacted them a couple hours before our check-in and when we arrived the crib was there waiting for us. Communication was always present and they were ready to assist with any issue. Also, location is perfect walking distance from all the main attractions. Fully supplied kitchen as well, so convenient! Would 100% stay here on our next visit again to Lake Tahoe.

My stay at Chalet 11
I was there for 9 days on Chalet 11. Everything was very clean. The beds very comfortable. There is no closet, so it is kind of difficult if you are there with ski clothes and regular clothes. After some days some clothing boxes arrived for us and they gave me a 50 dlls card. The location is excellent. the place is small but we had a very good time, maybe next time I´ll go for a bigger cabin.

Quick weekend in Tahoe
Awesome place! Was beautiful/clean on the inside, conveniently located, helpful staff! We walked just about everywhere because it was such a central location! Had an issue with the fireplace, staff came out right away to get it fixed!

Perfect Spot Near Heavenly
We stayed at Chalet Unit #11 and had a very pleasant stay. When we arrived, the fireplace was turned on and it was easy for us to find our dedicated parking space and let ourselves in. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and comforters. There is also a very cute minifridge, microwave, real dishes, and silverware so I was able to heat soups and have breakfast in the room. Check-out was easy and the host was communicative. I highly recommend this place and we will stay here again.

Great Stay Great Location
Had a great stay at this location for a few days over a weekend. Everything was exactly as advertised. The location is super close to the main action so no complaints there and the price was reasonable for the location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place
This is an easy place to like--comfortable, clean, and walking distance to the center of South lake. Everything worked as advertised. Only drawback is the thin walls, though the white noise machine on the nightstand certainly helps with that.

Decent room
The room was clean, but I found it to be a bit over-priced and the television didn’t work. We were able to access all the TV apps they said they offered (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) but when you clicked on a show to watch it just froze and wouldn’t play.. anything.

Super nice little hideaway at Tahoe
Very comfortable, high quality and all your needs covered. This unit is soothing to the senses with neutral colors and very clean and organized. I appreciated how all the basic needs were covered, and then some... Great shower with ample space (and handcapped accessible), and very nice kitchenette. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The view from the outside can be deceiving, as the parking lot is modest, but it was nice to be so pleasantly surprised. I also appreciated how the management went over the top to make this stay happen for me.

Hi, Overall your place is charming and well situated. We really appreciated how quickly your team responded to the false fire alarm that evening and fixed the bathroom fuse too. I think the only thing I noticed was that your linens looked a little worn down and I expect that's because you have had a flood of visitors during the pandemic. There was a stain on the bed cover etc... The one thing I would ask is if the blind above the two beds in Chalet 11 could cover the whole width of the window. I understand if that was a desire to let in light but the light woke me up in the morning. Could get a pull-up shade from bottom to top so that covered the whole width of the window? This way if those who wanted a totally black room could or then others could adjust the amount of light coming in too. I would come to stay again though.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Chalet in Lake Tahoe! Walking distance to the lake and the shops at Heavenly. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We felt safe in the area it was located in and even though it is close to all the action there were no noise disturbances.

So comfy
We stayed here just for one night as we were making our way back home from California. The location was perfect - 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to shopping, eating and walking around. The unit itself was very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were so comfy. Got a great night sleep. Would definitely stay again if we go back.

Chalet Unit 11 @ 942 Poplar Ave
Location was great and the room was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The side windows facing the property line need window coverings and the shower is a handicap style so the water is a little difficult to contain with the hanging shower curtain. But otherwise the room was very nice and clean. Will stay again in the future.

Highly recommend!!! I would stay here again! Friendly staff who taught us how to lock the padlock door and made sure we didn’t need anything else! Unit 11 was Beautiful and comfortable for two people to stay. The fire place was super nice in the room. Great location!!! Looking forward to stay here again!!!

It was an overall good stay
The room was updated and designed well. I wish there was another mirror other than the bathroom so you don’t have to wait to put your makeup on until the other person is out of the bathroom. Communication could have been better. We drove up from San Francisco for an overnight stay. I had asked in advance if we could check in early to make the most of our very short stay. I had not heard any communication back from the rental other than several of the same generalized messages. Then at the last minute I get emailed that the room was ready. It would have been nice to hear back from the rental company via text or call and not leave it to a last minute email which I don’t always check. I continued to receive 4 or 5 of the same computer generated emails. And less than 24 hrs in advance , I get the email stating there is no late check out due to stringent cleaning protocols. There was hot chocolate spilled behind the nightstand and ritz crackers that were left from the previous guests. Being in the health care profession, I can tell there were no kind of stringent cleaning protocols met. That made me question a lot including the safety for my family especially during a pandemic. The next door guests were partying until very late hours playing loud music and clearly intoxicated. There were smoking marijuana and every other word was a curse word. Not exactly the environment I’d like to surround our 2 young daughters. The location was fine as it was close to everything however the air bnb stated it was an apt. It was not an apt ... more of an updated motel room. Personally... it was fine but could have been much better.

Great place!
Very clean, quiet and easy checkin! Convenient location with easy walks to heavenly and lake. Very cozy with the fireplace. Nice little kitchenette and TV setup. Will definitely stay again. Great value for what you get.
