Highly reccommend this location as a lovely boutique stay. Units are perfect for two persons, with little kitchenette features and newer modern amenities. Loved the hassle free check-in and out. Very lovely stay and GREAT location for walking over one block to Heavenly and all the action on the main street. Clean, New and easy in and out. Very secure--guaranteed parking space. Quiet location just off the main drag. Perfect for simple overnight/weekend stay. Rooms on the smaller side but perfect for what it needs to be for a romantic weekend or ski staging. Will be back! Positive: The room was much bigger than I expected, everything was very clean, it only took 5 minutes to walk to the gondola/restaurants, and the bed was very comfortable. Mostly, I appreciated the hosts answering a question I had within minutes. Incredible costumer service! Negative: This is a TINY complaint because the room was very quiet. Our neighbors came in late, and I could hear them walking around, getting ready for bed, etc. until midnight. I AM a light sleeper, so it didn't bother my husband at all.

I give this place an all 5 stars! It’s a great place to stay. It’s located in the heart of the town and a walking distance to restaurants, shops, ski resort and the lake . Great for our winter stay in South Lake Tahoe
Our family decided to take a quick 4 day/3 night trip to South Lake Tahoe for Christmas and found this gem of a place. The rooms are exactly as shown on the website. They are small but fine for 2 people. We had 2 rooms Unit 8 and 9. Our son stayed in unit 8 which looked exactly like Unit 9 just configured opposite and with different artwork. We had 2 adults in unit 9 and found it to be more than roomy. We loved the location - within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Heavenly ski resort, shops, casinos. Harrahs/Harveys is right there, and Heavenly village with the gondola, shops, pizza, restaurants, etc are all right there so you don't need to use your car much unless you are exploring or going to the supermarket. Everything is within a 10 minute walk and very easy to navigate. Parking is spacious and easy. The locks are easy to use and well explained, although if you travel frequently you will already know how to use these. I prefer these locks so you don't have to worry about losing or keeping track of your keys. All of the amenities are provided - there is a Keurig coffee making and you can bring your own pods or buy them. There is a small fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, are provided as well as a few make up remover pads. They left sleep masks, ear plugs and chocolates for us in both rooms. They have outlets with ethernet for your phone to charge. The TV is easy to use if you have a smart TV and know how to use it. We were able to log into our Youtube TV and Netflix with no problem. Good supply of towels. and an extra blanket. The little fireplace really keeps the room warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable. There was the cutest family of raccoons and some other animals - maybe beavers of some sort. You get reminder texts about check in and check out and we had no issues but I am confident that if we did they would have been addressed quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night during the weekend. the location is great and easy to get to. Just one street over from the busy strip of casinos, gondola and restaurants. Easy to walk to tons of restaurants. The room was simple, modern and not fussy. The bathroom was updated, clean and pleasant for two people. It is an old building but the room stayed warm with the fireplace. Window opens to let fresh air in if needed. Two cons: soft pillows and someone parked in our spot. The host was quick to respond and remedy the problem. Slight inconvenience but that happens when people don't read the instructions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There are many pluses to this property - clean, quiet, comfortable bed, large bathroom, pretty renovated room, and great location. I rarely leave reviews but a few smaller issues impacted our overall enjoyment enough that I feel compelled to share. First - no drawer space, just a hanging rod for clothes and then a basically useless wooden shelf WAY up above it that even my 6'1" husband couldn't reach and one small open shelf below which we used for our shoes (it wasn't large enough to accommodate 2 people's folded ski and regular clothes and I don't want to stare at our socks & underwear anyway). I did mention this to management and they responded that they were sorry I was unhappy but the online photos and room description didn't show/mention dressers. I guess I just took it for granted that all hotel rooms offered a place to put away all your clothes. The room was pretty small overall and there weren't any folding luggage racks available, so we were challenged to find enough space to keep our suitcases out and open without stepping over them. I wasn't happy about living out of a suitcase for four days. I put mine bedside on the floor and my husband put his up on the small desk. Our other main issue was it was too high tech!. Granted, we're both 60+ and this probably doesn't bother the younger crowd...LOL. I knew when we received a lengthy check-in email that something was up. There were instructions on how to open and lock the electronic door, plus there was a 9 digit code to enter so every time we got back to the room I had to pull out my phone to get the code that I screenshot. The a/c unit on the wall wasn't easy to figure out and then one night the fireplace kept turning off and on by itself, which was bizarre. Management was immediately responsive, but pointed out that all my questions could be answered in the check-in email. My thought was, to be honest, we're on vacation and I was irritated to take time to refer back through all the instructions for things that should be no-brainers. We never did figure out how to get "regular" TV/cable and didn't care for the "off-brand" channels that were offered. Lastly, on check-out day we were asked to clean up. I'm normally one of the cleanest guests and will leave a room in great shape anyway, but I don't think you should be expected/required to take out your trash and wash your few dishes.

We made a last minute reservation to get away in Tahoe for a night. The team made it very easy to complete the reservation and everything was just like the pictures. Comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, and it was very clean. The room was quiet and a barking dog issue in a neighboring unit was taken care of very promptly and professionally and was not a problem at all. We were happy to be able to have our own dogs with us. It was very quiet; due to the proximity of the units, this could be dependent on activity in neighboring units, but sound from other guests in the complex was farily muted and we were provided eye masks and ear plugs which was nice, although we didn't have to use them. We enjoyed our quick stay to go hiking on a day off and would definitely rent this unit again. We loved the easy morning coffee in the Keurig as well!

First time using AirBnB and had found this place to stay for my girlfriend’s birthday week. The pictures of the room were appealing and when we had arrived, the room looked exactly like the pictures. It was a nice small, but spacious room for the two of us. The listing showed that there was no early check-in allowed, but they had notified us an hour before we got into town that the room was all ready for us to check-in which was great! The location was great as it was pretty much walking distance to all the activities nearby. The host was responsive to all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to others and we may even stay here again in the future. Thank you again for the hospitality!

There is a mini fridge, freezer, and a small sink. Utensils, cups, plates, dish soap, thrash bags are provided for you too. Ac and heater also worked perfectly. The tv has options to login to your streaming services. We didn’t have any noise complaints either, our neighbors were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. I only wish there was better lighting outside, when I would take my dog for a potty break, it was really dark at night and hard to see, hopefully they can add more lights. Besides that, it’s a great place to stay when visiting Lake Tahoe, it’s so close to everything.

We got stuck in South Lake during the last storm when Hwy 80 and 50 were closed. We needed a place to stay last minute and found this great spot. We booked and got all the check in information immediately. The place is super clean and nicely updated. Its also within walking distance of the Heavenly gondola and the casinos. We are glad we found this place because we will definitely be back!

I have never wrote a review of a place before but this one deserved it! If we go back next year or over the summer I would 100% try to get this place again! Love it .

Grabbed this airbnb the day of and it was perfect for one night in Tahoe. Very cozy with an electric fireplace and the unit was very clean. They provide detailed descriptions of how to get in (contactless check-in), the rules, and instructions of everything inside the airbnb. Only qualms was that our parking spot was hard to find/get the car into as the snow had covered the space and the walls are pretty thin as we could hear our neighbors pretty well too.

This place was even better than expected. The location was fantastic as we had a celebration at Edgewood which is walking distance. It is modern and clean with a propane fireplace that made it warm, cozy and special. Comfortable king size bed and beautiful bathroom. We had everything we needed. The host was particularly attentive and friendly, responding to every question in no time. Our son's wedding is at Edgewood and we will definitely be recommending this spot to guests.

This place is so perfect for a stay in Tahoe. We were able to walk to dinner and the concert at Harvey's, and a coffee shop in the morning. It was quiet and you couldn't hear the concert the next night, even being within walking distance. Every amenity you need is in the room! An electric kettle, pods and creamer and sugar for coffee, extra towels, ample amounts of body wash, shampoo and conditioner -- none of the tiny little travel bottles. There was also a microwave and a fridge -- which was super nice to have. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

This Airbnb was in an AMAZING location (walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, bars, and some beaches in South Lake Tahoe). There was no kitchen but they had a mini fridge, microwave, and eating utensils. They had a bed, small desk, and a mounted TV with all streaming services. Free parking and 24/7 surveillance made us feel safe and confident that our rental car was in a good spot. Passcode entry meant no physical keys were needed (and no keys to accidentally lose or keep track of). I highly recommend staying here! They are also very accommodating and responsive if we had any questions

This studio was an excellent value. This tasteful updated studio is simple, yet has everything I wanted/needed. It was very clean and a serene and restful space. The mattress is memory foam and I don't think I have ever had a better night's sleep. Ziprents sent good check-in instructions and texted a couple of times during my stay to insure that everything was good and seemed eager to help if I needed anything. The location is good in that it is a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly Village and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Attentive hosts with clear instructions regarding everything. Big and really comfortable bed to rest. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC/heating system, as it was connected to other units, we couldn’t control the temperature that well as we wanted. Also, apparently the parking is not assigned for each apartment, or we didn’t see any at least.

The unit was very clean, nice furnishings, and perfect for 1-2 people. I walked to the beach each day, and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance, too. Loved the swiss shower, and the Keurig coffee maker with k-pods and cream/sugar supplied. Has fridge and microwave, too. Bed was super comfy. Will be coming back here no doubt next time I am in Tahoe.

Process was organized and efficient. We felt "in the loop" throughout and all the information we needed to have a smooth check in / check out and a pleasant stay was provided for us. The room was very nice, clean, modern, with a comfortable bed. Perhaps a little smaller than we thought based on the pictures, but not a problem for us at all. We quite enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect if you want to be close to all the activity and action of South Lake Tahoe and Stateline.

After a long full day of travel, delayed flights, nearly missed shuttle connections...the chalet #8 on Poplar Avenue in South Lake Tahoe was a dream. Everything was perfect! South Lake Tahoe
I was very pleased and satisfied with the room. It was comfortable and clean. That alone warrants 5-stars. I wasn't expecting the location area to be the way it was - sort of like a motel city. But that's my fault for not doing more research around the area. However, there were no issues. It was conveniently located to shops, restaurants and bars. That was nice. The only minor complaint I had was that there is construction of a new building underway directly across the street. The construction noise started daily at 7:00 am. (none on Saturday). That was a bit of a bummer and it would have been nice to have been informed of this when making the booking.

My husband found this place on airbnb when we decided to do a spontaneous trip to Tahoe. Firstly, pictures shown under this listing were accurate. It's located within 5 minutes of Heavenly Village. The space was overall cute and designed so well. Very cozy. The host responded promptly to my emails. We'd stay here again.

Very cute and cozy little AirB&B in a great location. Doors are a bit difficult to get into at first. Us as well as multiple other guests had to try multiple (4 or 5+) times before figuring out how to get the door unlocked using the provided code(s). We were also unable to use our tv for the majority of the trip due to WiFi issues. Other than that, our stay was very nice and quiet.
