    We LOVED our stay so much we plan to be back soon. The place was cozy and felt right at home. The space was clean, warm and offered a lot more than we expected. We liked how walkable to many shops/restaurants this listing was- def worth what we paid. Only issue we had was the door lock system during check in and check out. However, we received support right away.

    Lovely hotel, beautiful location. The locks can be a little tough to work with, but if you read the instructions, you will figure it out. I woke up in the middle of the night to super loud noises and we think it was snow falling out of the trees, but I am not sure if they could have done anything about it. Beautiful place, super clean. Absolutely loved it.

    This is our third time staying here, and it's always worth it. We love how modern and clean it is. We also love the fact that it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the gondola. We will definitely be back.

    Comfortable room, convenient check in/out system and very responsive team over the phone/text. Only downside is that the room was a little on the small side and heating didn't reach bathroom. Loved that it's pet friendly and EV charging availability.

    We had a great stay in this cozy little studio in South Lake Tahoe! It was perfect for our trip. Check-in was super easy. Parking was directly in front of our unit - great for loading/unloading ski equipment. Easy walking distance to the Heavenly gondola and village. The unit was in great condition and super clean. We would definitely stay again!

    First I want to start by saying wow for the price this is such a great place to stay. South lake Chalet is located walking distance from the strip (casinos). Perfect location if you want to be near the noise but a bit secluded. My room was the perfect size and very clean. No noise at night very peaceful. The host was responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here will definitely be coming back.

It was very sensitive and sometime needed a few tries to get the lock just right. Other than that it was great and we would stay here again.

    Property was perfect for my needs and great location. Had the unfortunate experience of winter storm and loss of city power and plumbing issues for one day of my stay but property management was very responsive and accommodating to my request to check out one night early. Overall good experience beyond the uncontrollables of weather and frozen pipes.

    This place was so cute! Perfect place for a weekend get away and walking distance to Harvey's/Heavenly. Had a little situation with parking spaces but was able to get in touch with a representative and resolve right away. The door was a little hard to enter the code, we had to try several times before being able to unlock the door each time we would come back. In addition, the TV would sometimes not work, possibly the remote needed new batteries? My partner also developed REALLY bad allergies as soon as we arrived to the room. Continued to make her really congested the whole weekend which was unfortunate. Other than that, the shower was very nice and hot & the rest of the place was so cute.

    This place was gross. Avoid if possible. Bloodstains on the bathroom wall near the toilet as well as stained yellow towels. The bed sheets themselves were covered in human hair and stains. They insisted over and over that the room was price clean even after we sent them 8+ photos of various stains and numerous hairs on the sheets. If this is what “professionally” cleaned looks like I would hate to see the room before

    Positive: Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit einem geräumigen Bad und einer großen Dusche. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem uns zugesandten Code die Tür zu öffnen. Es wurde uns jedoch sehr schnell und problemlos per Telefon geholfen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Negative: Es fehlt leider ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle im Innenraum wären schön gewesen.

    Positive: Location is great. The place itself is cozy, with the fireplace. Very clean. Good coffee included Negative: The code lock is very buggy. It takes on average 5 tries to unlock or lock the door. Extremely annoying! The fridge didn't work. It was not obvious also, since the light in the fridge was working, so we left our milk there only to find out the warm milk in the morning There were no available power outlets as well Walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors snore

    The place was spotless clean. Very close to heavenly gondola and restaurants at walkable distance. The lock is difficult to use, we even had to help other guests to get in. This place has only bed and no seating. The bed is pushed up against the wall from two sides. It is difficult to get into the bed. The mattress seems to be out of life, we got a backache sleeping on it. The bed would creek on turning while sleeping. There is a microwave and fridge and just enough silverware /dishes for two people but no options to cook. We found the shower drain clogged on the day of checkin. The maintenance was done the next day late afternoon even though the host said it would be done first thing in the morning. Even though we were compensated for the delayed maintenance and inconvenience but at the end of the day it still stands as an inconvenience.

    Our stay was wonderful! The unit was exactly as pictured - clean and cozy! Stocked with the usual amenities plus bonus luxuries like mini fridge w/ freezer, microwave for reheating late night snacks, plates, bowls, wine glasses and a keurig for coffee!! Location is perfect, totally walkable to anywhere at stateline and a quick drive to anywhere else in south lake. The host was responsive, friendly and provided timely check in/check out instructions. We will definitely return.

    We did enjoy the location. Close to everything. My only 3 stars has to do with: 1) No "on-site facilities" .Only your designated parking spot. 2) My choice of room was probably not the best. With the bed up against the wall and only one side to get out of did not work for the two of us. The blinds did not work to allow some sunshine into the room. We left the door open quite a bit so Cabin-fever wouldn't set in. 3). We finally learned to master how to unlock the room with the electronic door lock system. Not a fan but we did end up helping others get into their room with our newly found expertise (ha ha). Communication was definitely 5 star. Would stay again just in a larger room. With a chair.

    This was a great stay in Lake Tahoe and would stay again. The only small issue we had was the smart lock was a little finicky and the code stopped working, but the staff answered my call right away and created a new passcode for the door. The walls are quite thin so we heard voices clearly and a dog barking early in the morning, but it wasn't too big of a deal since it was only once. Overall, this is an amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the main shops and restaurant area. Beautiful interior and great appliances/amenities!

    Great stay! My fiance and I stayed here for two nights so we could snowboard at Heavenly. It was so close to the Gondola and ALL the shops, restaurants, and casinos that we walked to everything! We definitely recommend reading the instructions on how to open and lock the door because we felt it was difficult. Everything else was perfect and we for sure recommend staying here and will be coming back!

We came during a weekend with heavy snow, they were helpful in questions about parking etc. The common area outside had a ton of snow right outside our unit which my daughter loved getting to play in and we loved having a big window to see it all and watching the snow fall. Would definitely return.

    The photos look great and the description sounds good, but like most things, you’ve gotta see it to believe it. We weren’t sure how great of a place it’d be but it ended up being spectacular. Nice and quaint, and a 4 minute walk to Heavenly Village, it has everything you could need. We walked to a brewery 1 block away for dinner one night, and it was so nice being able to walk back a little tipsy. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a cute place that is just big enough for 2 people, who plan on being out most of the time, but want to come back to something a little more than just any other hotel.

    The room was small, but very nicely updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room has dishes, glasses, silverware, a keurig (with pods), a wine opener, and a hair dryer—I happily took advantage of all of the amenities. The heat worked well once I figured out the controls. The shower got hot fast and stayed hot. I wish there were a couple more accessible outlets. I had to charge my phone overnight in the bathroom, but I guess that’s not a big deal. The room is a part of a former motel, so there are shared walls. I could clearly hear the conversations of my neighbors but luckily no one was too loud late at night. Parking was never a problem. The location was great. It only took about 5 mins to walk to Heavenly Village. And the neighborhood itself was quiet (but not a lot of streetlights at night if you’re out walking, just heads-up). Overall, I’m pleased with my experience and I’d stay here again.

This place is perfect and convenient, especially because all the shops, eateries and casinos are walking distance. If you don’t want to do a lot of driving around then this place is for you. The fireplace was awesome it kept our room nice and cozy. We’ll definitely stay again.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property in Tahoe! The Airbnb was so cute & thoughtfully decorated. LOVED the fireplace as well! Only thing to note is the weekend we went, it was about 20 degrees and although the room was warm (after some small struggles with the heater), the bathroom stayed very very cold. But the important thing is that we had no issues with the shower (was hot & had good water pressure). The management was also very kind and responded quickly to our initial issue with the heater. Overall would stay here again & think it’s a great value stay!!

    Great location! It’s priced low because the unit is very small (smaller than a hotel room) and you don’t have control over the heat and air conditioning in your unit. Our unit was 90 degrees and we couldn’t use the air conditioning and were told it’s because the units next to us were using heat so our air conditioning wouldn’t work. We were told to open our windows and doors if we wanted the room to be cooler than 90 degrees. It was 20 degrees outside so this wasn’t ideal. There are so many places to stay in this area so I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

    We needed a night to crash before meeting up with friends, and this was perfect. The place looks newly renovated, so all amenities were modern and minimally used. Bed was comfy, and the location can’t be beat as far as casinos/restaurants/shops. I really liked having the mini fridge with the freezer as well for our leftovers. There were some small things, like paint on windows left by renovations and a keurig with no pods but it didn’t necessarily affect our stay.

    Super cute, clean and affordable rooms at outstanding location. We stayed in one in of the smaller units and were super impressed by the layout and kitchenette. A few more hangers/hooks on the wall to hang wet towels, jackets, and clothes would be an easy update to make the experience even better. Smooth check in check out process. Loved the keyless entry. When the air conditioner compressor went out Breanna was invested in getting it fixed and so helpful.

    We loved our stay. The unit makes incredibly efficient use of the small space. Great bed and shower, small refrigerator/freeezer and microwave and even drawers and hanging space for clothes. Clean and walking distance to the Lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos if you partake. We would definitely stay here again.

    Overall, our experience was great. The room was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Really close to the casinos and not too far from the lake. The keypad was a little annoying to deal with because it didn't always work. And the bed made a loud noise whenever someone got in. I don't have any other complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.

    We loved this place. The room was small, but cozy, clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Great location, 1 block from stateline, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Keurig instead of the typical terrible hotel room coffee. The room had a mini-split AC which was far superior to the typical hotel room system, had a thermostat controlled gas fireplace, and a large shower with a cut-stone floor. We will stay here again.

    We stayed in unit 3 overnight for a skiing trip. Super easy drive from the Heavenly resort (both the gondola and the California lodge). The unit was clean, and had a sealed fireplace heater which kept the entire place very warm. It had basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a coffee maker (starbucks capsule type) and a microwave in the kitchen area which was super convenient especially since all the restaurants were closed for dining.
