Lovely
Lovely hotel, beautiful location. The locks can be a little tough to work with, but if you read the instructions, you will figure it out. I woke up in the middle of the night to super loud noises and we think it was snow falling out of the trees, but I am not sure if they could have done anything about it. Beautiful place, super clean. Absolutely loved it.

We'll be back!
This is our third time staying here, and it's always worth it. We love how modern and clean it is. We also love the fact that it's only a 7-8 minute walk to the gondola. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable and convenient!
Comfortable room, convenient check in/out system and very responsive team over the phone/text. Only downside is that the room was a little on the small side and heating didn't reach bathroom. Loved that it's pet friendly and EV charging availability.

Wonderful, cozy stay in downtown South Lake Tahoe
We had a great stay in this cozy little studio in South Lake Tahoe! It was perfect for our trip. Check-in was super easy. Parking was directly in front of our unit - great for loading/unloading ski equipment. Easy walking distance to the Heavenly gondola and village. The unit was in great condition and super clean. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy, Clean. Room in a Great Location
Our room was perfect for our stay. I particularly enjoyed all of the thoughtful details that exceeded expectations such as eye masks, slippers, and minimal plastic K cups. The location is a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola and Village.

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was just a stones throw from the outdoor arena and it was just perfect.

Good Spot to stay for a short time
We did enjoy the location. Close to everything. My only 3 stars has to do with: 1) No "on-site facilities" .Only your designated parking spot. 2) My choice of room was probably not the best. With the bed up against the wall and only one side to get out of did not work for the two of us. The blinds did not work to allow some sunshine into the room. We left the door open quite a bit so Cabin-fever wouldn't set in. 3). We finally learned to master how to unlock the room with the electronic door lock system. Not a fan but we did end up helping others get into their room with our newly found expertise (ha ha). Communication was definitely 5 star. Would stay again just in a larger room. With a chair.

Unit 3 - Beautiful Botique
This was a great stay in Lake Tahoe and would stay again. The only small issue we had was the smart lock was a little finicky and the code stopped working, but the staff answered my call right away and created a new passcode for the door. The walls are quite thin so we heard voices clearly and a dog barking early in the morning, but it wasn't too big of a deal since it was only once. Overall, this is an amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the main shops and restaurant area. Beautiful interior and great appliances/amenities!

Had a nice time visiting South Lake Tahoe while staying in this cute little place. We were just a 5 minute walk from Heavenly village and other activities. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Accurate review
Clean and great location, walking distance to everything. The only downfall was the noise when snow and/or pine cones hit the roof in the middle of the night and it would wake us up. But other than that, very enjoyable stay!

Amazing location, free parking + nice esthetic
Super cute, clean and affordable rooms at outstanding location. We stayed in one in of the smaller units and were super impressed by the layout and kitchenette. A few more hangers/hooks on the wall to hang wet towels, jackets, and clothes would be an easy update to make the experience even better. Smooth check in check out process. Loved the keyless entry. When the air conditioner compressor went out Breanna was invested in getting it fixed and so helpful.

Perfect Studio in South Lake Tahoe
We loved our stay. The unit makes incredibly efficient use of the small space. Great bed and shower, small refrigerator/freeezer and microwave and even drawers and hanging space for clothes. Clean and walking distance to the Lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos if you partake. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our experience was great. The room was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Really close to the casinos and not too far from the lake. The keypad was a little annoying to deal with because it didn't always work. And the bed made a loud noise whenever someone got in. I don't have any other complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cozy but clean, modern, and very comfortable. The gas fireplace and shower put it over the top.
We loved this place. The room was small, but cozy, clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Great location, 1 block from stateline, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Keurig instead of the typical terrible hotel room coffee. The room had a mini-split AC which was far superior to the typical hotel room system, had a thermostat controlled gas fireplace, and a large shower with a cut-stone floor. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Room & Location
The room looks just like the photos!! With a 5 minute walk to Heavenly Village or the beach, this location is perfect. We got locked out of the room via the Smart lock, however the issue was solved in less than 10 minutes after calling in to Zip rent.

This is a perfect little place to stay if you’re looking for a small affordable place with an amazing location! My partner and I were able to walk to the shops at Heavenly Village and to the Casinos. Super close to the lake too! The place is clean, decorated nicely, and was so easy to self check in.

Clean and cute apartment, perfect for what we were looking for
We stayed in unit 3 overnight for a skiing trip. Super easy drive from the Heavenly resort (both the gondola
and the California lodge). The unit was clean, and had a sealed fireplace heater which kept the entire place very warm. It had basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a coffee maker (starbucks capsule type) and a microwave in the kitchen area which was super convenient especially since all the restaurants were closed for dining.
